Fertility Stories - infertility experiences of people like you.

A study performed on a small number of men in Peru showed that taking Maca (the root of a Peruvian plant Lepidium meyenii) for 4 months improved the sperm count and motility: http://asiaandro.com/1008-682X/3/301.htm.

However, it appears that its effects on human male fertility have not been tested.

Good luck!

The best way to increase sperm motility is to refrain from wearing constrictive underpants, tight jeans, etc., and keep the testicles cool (ie furnace workers often have a problem with fertility).  Wear cool, loose fitting clothing, stay off all alcohol and don't smoke.  Take multivitamins, get enough sleep, don't get stressed.  Eat a healthy diet.

I would suggest a good nutritional balance for increased semen volume . You can take some pills that may also be of some help, such as the ones that you can purchase from http://www.ultimate-volume.com . But the main part I would focus on is a good nutritional diet.

I hope this helps.
