Success is measured not by the heights to which one rises, but rather by the obstacles that one has overcome.

A:

Yes, it is possible, but much more likely that the bridge is slightly high, causing problems, or that the tooth simply wasn't strong enough to rebound from being manipulated during the making of the new bridge, and it just died.  It happens.
