its what your eating. what types of food you eat? are you eating at 3 small meals a day with 2 snacks. seems like alot of food, but the more small meals you eat the more likely you eat such 3 large meals a day. i have signed up with the 50millionpound weight program with Dr. Ian online. In 1 month without excerising just eating right I lost 9 pounds in iam not too sure about the inches. I weighed 194 in the beginning and know I weigh 186. About 2 years ago I lost 34 pounds in 7 months doing this same diet and got pregnant and the weight came back, but iam doing it again and loosing the weight again. GOODLUCK
