Import Email Addresses

as I asked before, this time again it is concerning my website design... I am facing a new problem and I wish someone could help me....

in my website I want to give the users the option of importing email addresses from their email accounts no matter where they are registered , hotmail, yahoo, gmail...etc (similar to Myspace - invite/import addresses).

is it possible to do it without getting in contact with these websites, or is there any information source where I can find in this regard?

You could use Dapper to access user's remote address books.  Many users are using it already with Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, etc.  See Snag for some inspiration (and code).  There are some issues accessing Gmail and Hotmail, but most of them can be overcome or will be resolved in the coming months.  If you need any help, contact the support on the site and you'll be all set.
