Ikaclomin

I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility 2yrs ago. I'm currently on Ikaclomin. Is it normal to have a 2 day cycle post ikaclomin 100mg x5days. Secondly is ikaclomin effective if taken 50mg every 12hrs x5d instead of 100mg daily x5days.

Ikaclomin or clomid stimulates the release of hormones necessary for ovulation to occur. Changes in hormones can cause changes in menstral patterns. You should be in close contact with your doctor keep notes of all the things you notice like a shorten period and at what time it occured. Some women experence implantation bleeding. Others have a normally short period lasting 2-4 days. Make your doctor aware the more info you can give the better.
