Hi

Do you mean a beach themed party or a beach party?

A friend of mine did a beach themed party in their garden and they went all out.  They bought lots of grass skirts for the girls, they had a huge baby pool, they had a whole area covered in sand and the drinks were all beach cocktails.  It was great.
