Ideas for more protein in a diet.

Doctor says that a family member needs to eat more protein and he is coming home from the hospital and I need more ideas for meals and snacks for him, any ideas?

Protein rich foods include all meat, fish, cheese, eggs, soy, tofu, most beans (lentils, chick peas, black beans, split peas.

You can also get protein from nuts and seeds.

Meals can be totally varied with meat and fish dishes.  You can make pasta with chick peas, Stir fry with tofu.  Snacks can be brown toast with peanut butter or cheese.

There are lots of options.
