Ice in bottom of freezer

I have water/ice in bottom of freezer. door is closed and sealed good. I've defrosed the freezer and the ice returned

anything goes

It sounds like there is a small whole in the freezer that you cannot see but is letting air in, hence the ice.  You might need to get a repair person overFrown
