IVF Treatment

Hi there, I did not receive positive news on my 2WW......I was gutted as I had a bleed the day before the test result. I had 2 embryos frozen, what is the likely hood of this working? Also I was told that I should have had complete bed rest as I also have uterine fibroids and my body was fragile, is this true as I returned to work as normal as I wasn't told anything different? I had my first treatment on NHS but now I've been told that I have to pay £904 for my FET is this the case? Can I try and argue the case with my doctor as I don't feel that I was given the right information to perhaps increase my chances of a positive outcome.

Hi,

I understand your frustration. Bed rest is important and it's too bad you didn't know it was needed but that doesn't mean it won't work. It's hard to speak of likely hood of the process succeeding but in general every little detail you follow of the doctor's orders increases the chances of things working out.
