i have a ISDN 128 Kbps line .Since there is no broad band connectivity ,hence ISDN is the only option. With Broad band line ,a static IP is assigned which can be allocated to our application server . Hence ,is it possible that via an ISDn line ,to allocate an Static Public IP .
