Indiana public nudity laws - if i am on my property (backyard) surrounded by a privacy fence and i want to be nude, i.E. Sunbathing,cutting grass, or whatever, can i get in trouble?

Most likely yes, you could be in trouble for offending someone somewhere. It's against the law in some counties in some states to smoke in your own apartment. So, yes, you could get in trouble for anything these days. We are not as free as we'd like to be.
