Hydroxycut experience

I took Hydroxcut for a little over a month and I stopped because I felt like my heart was always racing, and I became jittery. It was like taking a bottle of caffeine pills. I hated it. I even broke out from using it. Honestly, if you're looking to lose weight, this is definitely not the best thing to take/do.

Its primary ingredients include garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, chromium polynicotinate, caffeine, green tea. Like many nutraceuticals, its efficacy has been questioned by the media.[1] According to published studies, some ingredients in the Hydroxycut formula may help obese patients lose up to 4.5 times the weight than they would with just diet and exercise alone.
