Hunters law/spouse exemtion

What is hunters law in bankruptcy.  My husband wants to file bankruptcy.  As his wife am i forced to declare it also, or can i be exempt?  In ohio?

I would ask your Bankruptcy Attorney that question. I have never heard of the term "hunters law"
