Why do man make good mechanics and cooks?
I think that some people just work better with their hands and know it from a very young age. I think that society has created a standard of mostly men being mechanics, but I don't see why women couldn't do just as well!
Probably the same reason that women make good mechanics and cooks: talent, practice and actually doing the activity.
