A:Hi Lisa
unfortunitely you have to find the point where the pipe's that feed your bath room are at and reverse the pipeing. If it is a second floor you have to find your main riser 's to that bath room ( pipes that supply that bath) and change them teir the problem is if you do this you will also change the lav and tub/shower to the reverse side however it is sometimes easyto do the lav and tub/shower depending on theway it is set up .If you have a basement it is easy to do for a plumber but will cost you. If the bath room is accesable from a basement or crawl space and is on the first floor than it will be easy for you to do ,fist find where the pipes are tied in turn your water off and switch the toilet line to the oposite side ,if you have c.p.v.c this is easy if you have copper you can get shark bite fittings from home depot or a plumbing supply store. the require no soldering and go together easy.dont forget to cap off the pipe you cut out .good luck!
