Replaced lower element-reset-got hot water ...for 'one' day...turned off at breaker box-hit reset again-turned on at breaker--cold water a day later..so as long as I flip the circuit breaker at night, I'll have hot water---what do I need to relpace to fix this problem? HELP! thanks in advance.....Nan(femaleDIY,kinda)
