i just had a element installed into my hot water heater. Now one month later the water is so hot that it trips the reset button. Can somone tell me why?
THAT WHICH DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER.
Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.
What size water heater ? Single element or dual element ? What is the thermostat set at ? BTW: This is one of my pet peeves , and very very common - it is a water heater - no need to heat the hot water - everyone says it, but you don't use the "hot" part - most people never even realize it when they say it.
Plumber
first thing to check is the thermostat setting
