Goodkarma: I am planning a high-end custom home project for the resort town of Aspen Colorado that will be pointed to the upper 1-2% of ultra wealthy. The project is not intended for today's down market, but to come on stream in 3-1/2+ years (due to planning, design, financing, construction time lines) when the economy will have turned up, as it most assuredly will, and the wealthy again start spending.  I am seeking a financial/investment partner(s).  Executive Summary, references and details are available.
