Hot Karl's website

What's wrong with Hot Karl's website? I'm trying to download mp3s and I keep getting error messages like this:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/vhosts/hotkarl.com/httpdocs/tracker/link.php on line 23

It appears the website was having some problems but Karl has fixed it and you can reach him at
