Hot Flushes and facial rash

Due to excessive sweats even with HRT I have now got a terrible rash around my mouth and nose area which is itchy. I ahve never ever had facial spots and this is awful, any suggestions on what this could be and what I could use to get rid of it. Is it hormonal. Since stopping smoking 5 months ago my HRt has not worked and I am now on my 3rd one.

I would try antibiotic cream - not ointment while I was waiting for my doctor appointment. The cream will absorb faster than ointment will. Again, doctors appiontment is the most important thing.
