In the late 1970's, in the Providence Rhode Island area, there was a fatal accident. Two young cousins, Stephen Mattatall and James Mattatall both survived the horrible crash. Was it ever determined which cousin was driving ? Are there any accounts of the accident itself ? In 1979 Stephen Mattatall was found guilty of wreckless driving. Was this related to the fatal accident? Did either cousin serve jail or prison time for this accident?
