Today President Obama in his speech to the people of Arcadia, Fl regarding solar energy said, "let me be honest". Does that mean he has been lying to the people all along?
It really sounds that way.
No! "let me be honest" is just phrase we all are responsible of saying not meaning that we are usually lying.
