I am trying to find some recipes for microwavable entrees to serve to my customers, that can be reheated at the cafe', where I work, or anywhere there is a microwave available for them. Any suggestions?

Depends on your Priced Menu. Are u looking at upmarket or common Menu? Mini Quiche's, Mini Pies, veggie burgers/patties.
