Does any one know how to make simple clothing display racks for hanging clothes? I am starting a thrift store on a very low budget & could use any related input.

I once saw this idea for a room divider. You hang hooks from the ceiling (into the studs for the purpose of weight issue) and then use chain to suspend a wooden dowel as a curtain rod. I did something like this in my garage using about 3 1/2 feet of chain and a copper pipe. I used this to hang my fathers seasonal clothing when he lived with us. Sorry I don't have a picture to help visualize.
