Homeless with 3 children

I have moved to Texas when I remarried.  How can I have my son pay me when he moves into my paid in full home?  He lived in my 3 b.r. home and did not pay rent, or utilities before.  Now he has a good job, and would like to move back.  I presently have renters who do pay and keep up my home.  My son has nowhere to live now, age 25 with 3 children and a girlfriend.

Be anxious for nothing

Obviously things that cost money like utilities and repairs caused by wear and tear are going to occur. I have found, and i really dont understand this but people especially younger(im 54) people dont appreciate a free ride and seem to learn more about responsibility when they have to pay their way. This also prepares them for when they are on their own, teaching them to budget and also the value of money. You might still cut him a small break to help him save for his own some day, or save it for him. Hope this helps you present that to him.

Thank you for your answer.  You are right about the younger generation getting lots for free and not being responsible.  I'm thinng I will sell to him with a land contract or option to buy.
