Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.

Ranch style, kitchen island and pantry, 3/4 bedrooms with at least 2 baths, and the clothes washer and dryer near the bedrooms, on the same floor, preferably in a closet. A fireplace for the cold winters, and at least a 3-car attached garage would also be nice.

"Don't look at your age, but focus on what you can do for the world, share what you have to benefit mankind, you'll succeed if you'll see others you've helped reap success. Share more to earn more".

Depending on your location and size of your land. If you want a county setting, you can select the rural design (wide range area, surrounded with natures plants and natural landscape, natural water spring and mountain views).

In urban/city setting you can select a condo type or one floor design with complete amenities and playground around your building.

For more information on home design you can ask advice from an architectural engineer in your area.

God bless!

Wonderful garden buildings and best water softener - I like those things! Care about team building and team development

The interior/home of my dream is light, with a lot of free space, big windows, bright walls, a lot of flowers there, place for relax and window that goes to a garden or a patio like that. Not to many items inside or outside. That's my dream - simple but not so easy to achieve, I guess.

Rest easy tonight with a professional home inspection,

and as Thomas Jefferson said: "The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give it to those who would not"

If you are looking for my opinion I like a raised craftsman style one and a half story (use attic area as living space) w/large porch on the front. Then a seperate garage w/living area in the attic area directly behind main house. With this configuration I can use a long skinny lot to build on. If I'm in the country I will attach the garage to the house at the rear and the area above garage will be an entertainment area. I'll have a barn as a seperate bldg. and use the attic area as a mother-in-law or tennant living area w/kitchen. I will have cast iron wood stoves or pellit stoves in the garage (using the exsposed flue to heat the upper area), in the basement, on the main floor, and 2d floor of the main house with all flues exiting out the same chimney. I won't get into the inside floor plan configuration because they can be drawn in a lot of differant ways. I will tell you that because it will have a garden level basement there will be a lot of natural light so you won't feel like your in a hole. Let me know if you like this idea I have a few floor plans and outside elevations drawn up so when I'm ready I know just what I want and the architech won't cost me so much. I won't charge you anything I would like your ideas in return.
