I would go and ask the town clerk in your town i have not heard of this...i know you have to have one around your pool but not your motor home i have one and i have never been told that i had to put one. but there maybe if you live in a town where they have a lot of rules that you get when you buy your home. just ask your town hall or clerk office i hope you get the right asnwer
