I have a pipe leading not only from my Toliet but ...

I have a pipe leading not only from my Toliet but also my bathroom sink it is in between my floor and ceiling down stairs the pipes are corroding i think how do i repair then the pipes are connected via a T joint how would i proceed to repair this ?

need more info. do you have copper?galvanized? either way you have to open cieling and/or walls to access the piping.
