    I'm deeply sorry about the situation you're in.  I feel very bad.

I wish I could do something for you.  I have an idea.  What about writing President Obama and just write him the way you wrote it here on Yedda.  He has promised

a lot but has not delivered.  Maybe he can help a lot of good  working people like you  who are in this  same predicament .

     Don't be in despair because you are about to lose your house.  Your life is more important than any personal belongings.  Being with your family is more important than your house.  Please try to find a different job that may give you more income.  Why don't you take the health care subjects like taking classes to be a Caregiver, a Nurses Aide, a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse.  Take this one step at a time.

    Please think clearly.  You will be able to overcome this problem with the help of your family.  Now is the time to have family unity, helping each other and supporting each other during this difficult time.

    Don't forget to pray to God to help you and everyone, and everybody so that we'll have our America the way we had it before.

It's all talk for show. Nothing is being done to help anyone. But he did make a new plan for first time home buyers. He will sell them your home for a tenth of it's value and 3% interest. If you keep it for 9 yrs then they knock of a big chunck of the balance. about 20 %.

I feel your frustration, I put a short sale application in with my bank in May and this week they started foreclosure. Why would the same bank who is supposed to "work with me" under the stimulus plan foreclose on me? The bank just keeps telling me they are backed up and it will take another 3 months for them to have time to review my short sale application.

My situation is different, as Ive been unemployed since December. Sounds like you are still working. I dont know what caused your hardship, how late you are, if you have any applications in with your bank already so I cant give a definitive answer. What I can tell you is Ive spoke to all kinds of nonprofits & government agencies and these folks have been the most helpful, Hope Now (888)995-Hope. 

The wait times are long, but its worth it. They will submit your application free directly to your lender.Since you are already in foreclosure I'm not sure what they can do for you but try them.

In theory the stimulus program sounded great, but the money went to banks, not to homeowners to pay their mortgages. Who knows what they banks have spent it on, other than bonuses.
