   Is yopur home licensed throught the State?  If so, then ask the Social workers to refer you to some of their clients.

I don't know but to me putting fliers or cards at random seems the wrong way to go for a place wanting patients. I think through friends in church is a great way. Your pastor probably sees or counsels familes when they are contemplating having to put someone in a facility where they are going to need help, so he would be a good spokesman for you. Your county might have a senior outreach service where they could be helpful. Get involved in Meals on Wheels is your county has one.They serve meals to people who can't cook for  themselves so they might consider your help. You have to be licensed and that is your first concern if you are not already. Not sure this helped any, but wish you the best.
