Hit by an uninsured driver

Yes that is why you have "uninsured Motorist" on your liability.  After this you might want to go with a new insurance company.  (It shouldn't affect your premiums but anytime your insurance pays out it seems your insurance goes up.  If it does report them to the insurance commissoners. After all you paid for the coverage you are entitled to it)  The insurance company then has the right to go after the party that hit you.  Good luck and I hope they get the slim that hit you and burn them a new one.

The doctor will file with your insurance.  Do not sign a release form with your doctor until you are sure you have been totally evaluated.  Work with your Doctor. 

Have have been paying for $100,000 for unisured.  I hope that will cover your car and your medical treatment.  $!00,000 is the minimun.  My insurance company tried to get me to up mine to $150,000 I said no but if you have life threatening injuries that isn't a bad idea because the medical bills could run way up there.  Everything should be submitted to your insurance and your doctor will work with you.  Best of luck to you and keep me posted.  I know how back pain and head aches can be.
