Hit by a drunk driver

I was hit by a drunk driver in april while at work. I worked for a roadside assistance company and we used our own (my car) vehicles. Ive already got an attorney (mistake, they get 33 percent) and went through several rounds of chiropractors visits and even had an MRI done. The MRI said I have a malformed Chiari which during the impact (I was in the car when she hit me going 55, I was sitting still) may have been disturbed and is now causing me headaches. And my vision is blurred. so I have a total of 5100 in med bills, The car has been paid of by her insurance company, and now im curious, HOW MUCH AM I GOING TO GET??? I realize it probably wont be much but my life has hit the slow track since this happened and I deserve something for this womans ignorance and disregard for others safety.

You should consult with your local trial lawyer who specializes in auto accidents . They'll be able to give you a better idea, especially if your case is a serious one.
