The southern island of New Zealand, without a doubt.

I am a desert man therefore any kind of deserts will do for me. I love the scenery the sounds (actually there are none) and the heat which makes reaching an oasis a great experience.
What comes around goes around.

I'm more of a desert person so for me the best place would be the Judaean desert. There is something magical about the golden hills spotted with several natural springs, creating life in one of the hottest areas in summer. The nice thing is that when winter comes you get to see flash floods that are spectacular and the hills become green with low growing grass. just writing about it makes me happy!!!.
