Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Hypertension is a medical condition in which the blood pressure is chronically elevated. It was previously referred to as nonarterial hypertension, but in current usage, the word "hypertension" without a qualifier normally refers to arterial hypertension. I believe myocardial hypertension has to do with the blood pressure from the heart whereas hypertension alone deals with blood pressure of the arteries.
