A:

Yes.  I have that, I guess.  I was born with Multiple Pterygium Syndrome, a really rare condition that causes joint contractures (basically excess skin webbing that causes limited joint movement).  Also, it causes fusion of the neck bones and also just a really, really short neck that kinda just goes into the body (webbed neck).  It really sucks.  I've been looking for ways to hopefully extend the neck or something if that's possible...  Also, it comes with a lot of respiratory complications with severe lung restriction caused by scoliosis and the slouch stance.  I have 34% lung capacity.  Most people with the condition have low lung capacity, I believe.  If anyone knows anyone with this disease, pleeeease contact me.  I need someone who knows what they're talking about.  Most doctors don't even know this disease or how to help me.  So, if someone could tell me something like how someone was treated with this condition, I'd greatly appreciate it.  My quality of life is really awful, and I need anything I can to help with the situation.  So, please contact me on aim at sweetluvgurl2005 or msn at sweetsugarbaby_17@hotmail.com.  Also, you can just e-mail me at sweetluvgurl@gmail.com.   Thanks!
