Hey...i just wanted to know something about ...

Hey...i just wanted to know something about dataone....i hav presently home 250 connection..i also hav my frens user id and password who has a home 500 combo connection..but i could not connect using his id and password..it says that "it is not in the same domain". Can u help me in this..thanx a lot in advance...

I'm not an expert in this department but I'd think contacting a technician would be the best thing you can do to fix this matter. Good luck.
