A classic is Brandy Alexander, which is usually a favorite with the ladies (though it's far from a diet-drink):
- 1 measure brandy
- 1/2 measure creme da caco
- 1 measure double cream
- little grated nutmeg
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a wide champagne glass.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
