My brother having impotence problems . He used herbal supplements for that. Is it good for health or any side effects????????????

Just because it is an herb does not make it completely harmless. Herbs in the wrong dose can hurt you, or have no effect on you. There is a science to using herbs correctly for your health.
While he might be able to get results from an herbal pill, he is not addressing the issue that is causing his impotence. Neglecting to do so could make his situation worse. There are natural ways of overcoming impotence . He really needs to research his problem and any product before he uses it.
