A couple of things that might help: Drink lots of water to keep the colon moving. The herb Slippery Elm is very helpful (acts like grease on a cakepan helping bowel movements slip out without straining). Also, White Oak Bark taken internally and used externally mixed with vit. E and aloe. A little Myrrh, Cypress & Tea Tree essential oils mixed in a carrier oil and used topically also helps sooth, shrink and heal. Hopes this helps.
