Tonight I heard on a favorite radio station , a call for help for the Congolese. The need for a large movement to stop the horrific killing and dislocation of a people.
I would like to ask where would on begin to get a movement started. And if there are references that can be look at to help.
Would South Africa"s Apparthei be a good refrence. Sadly the people who live there are to caught up they can not see thier way out, Runing to and fro.trying to stay alive.
Imagine Your self being in such a state, where , even your own country is so much apart of the greed, along with large wealthy Goverments and many mining corparations.
You as an individual have no rights and you can not flee. Remember this is as big as world war 2. Begin going on since 1996 if not longer.
Is this how we must live, only keeping our eyes on the fact that if there is some large Giant Corp , or Gov. out to take out the minerals of Your Town. Your State, Your Country, This is not the only country today affected by Statigic moves on a people , HOW CAN One Individual be a helping hand to people who are in such desparated sistuations!

Do all that you referenced if that is your cause. It may help to ask your local library or Community College if you may speak on this issue. I also hope you are thinking locally. I do know of one thing they have started in the Congo. A tree for every tree cut down. Get the kids involved in your community. Look in your closets and drawers. Don't need something, sell it and send the money. Empower yourself. You have a goal and for that your blessed so go for it!
