Help us please vs property management

Hello, can a poperty management company be held responable when they offer gated community and other amenties that are not being serviced and can i be sued for sending a letter to newspaper for complaints in this slum like apartments ?

I think you need to check your contract to see what is supposed to be included in your rent. If whatever is wrong is supposed to be fixed/taken care of by the property management company, you need to contact an attorney. That's usualy the only way to get them to fix what needs to be fixed. If it is not included in your contract, then unfortunately, you are responsible for it. Good luck.
