Help my son become more "normal"

brain surgery on scarred brains    I am the other of a 24 year old, who at 8 months, had meningoencephilitis.  At the time he was hopitalized for a month in intensive care.  He started to have seizures and was on medication for a number of years. He hasn't had seizures in about 18 years.  unfortunatly he was left with scarring on his brain.  He is delayed.  He knows he's different, its very sad.  If the scars on his brain were removed, would it help him? Please help us!!!!
