Yes, she is using you. She is trying to tell you she is not interested in you, as in a relationship. Yes, she wants to be "friends" so you will keep allowing her to spend money. She sounds like a very selfish person. You deserve someone who loves you sincerely. Don't waste your time "hoping" that she will eventually fall in love with you.

     The woman is using you.  I think you know that yourself.  You just need to confirm this.  Don't waste your time and money with her.  There are other deserving ladies out there who will love you and not use you for money, for a sugar daddy in lay man's term.

Little do you know but you have answered the question yourself.....Of course you need to leave her. Tomorrow is not promised to none of us and if your health is not all that great spend the time you do have with someone that want more from you than money! Someone you will enjoy you for you weather you had 5 dollars or 5 million!!
