Help phonestealth wont answer

I downloaded e-stealth on my computor than when i went to download it on my phone a message popped up on the computor saying not a valid win32 app. and when i plugged my phone inti the computor nothing popped up on the phone no message to download anything nothing what am i doing wrong i bought this software 3 days ago and i still cant use it. my phone is a razar

I haven't be able to figure out the instructions at all and I keep writing to them and they send back the same info, some program to download for sprint users, when I clearly have stated AT&T. I have had the product a week and can't seem to use it. There advertisment is totally bogus where they say that customer service is key. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. I clearly communicated to them that I am not tech savy and need help, but to no avail.
