Help needed for amp connection

I just purchased a Behringer Bass V-AMp Pro, and am curious how to connect it to my Peavey Combo 300 amp. to get the best sound. I also have an ampeg SVT 400T head. Would it be best to use it with the ampeg, and if so, How do I connect it to the ampeg? In your professional opinion, which amp should I use it with?
