I'm having a hard time finding a discontinued sunvisor for my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. The replacement sunvisor that dodge is offering is not even the same shape and the cost is three times the original part. Can anyone help me find this item? Where can I start looking? The part number is 5ES02TL2AD if someone wants to help me find it. Thanks.

Depending on the cost price of the car in question. If you still can’t find the car part, try this hint.
1.) You can search for similar model on used car classified sites and if you are lucky to find it, compare the price of the used car with the price of the car part. If the market price of the part is higher, then you buy the new car and use the part to replace the discontinued part on your old Dodge Ram 1500.
Please compare the part NO and make sure it is 5ES02TL2AD before you buy.

Had a similar issue regarding the visor part of vehicle. Most stores don't have the parts and that makes it frustrating. You may have to contact the original dealer shop where you purchased the car so they can check if the part is available. Also depdending on where you live, like with what I had to go with my car window parts the dealer shop did not have it on stock but can place the order. Other alternate places to check out are automobile junkyards for parts. Placing and ad to on the n wanted section can also give off clues where to begin asking around. However the worse case scenerio is if your unable to find one, I end up buying a new model. Good luck in your search.
If you want it done and done right the first time do it yourself
you can call your local salvage yard if they dont have it they my have a contact in there computer that may have it
