What kind of diet are you eating? In 90% of the cases a unhealthy or unnatural diet is the main reason for obesity. Switch to a raw food diet rich in fruits. Cut back on meat and dairy products. Cut back on caffine related stuff and fizzy drinks. Take up light jogging in the mornings. Get plenty of sleep. Try a little yoga breathing exercises to improve your metabolism. Good luck!
