Help im fat

hi i need help! im getting fatter and i cant lose weight. im well overweight and i dont want to go to fat camp

Because you claim that you "can't lose weight", I suggest that you try talking to a Psychologist or shrink that specializes in treating overweighted people. Sometimes, losing weight isn't just eating less.

You need to get on a good exercise plan ASAP.  Stay away from any fad diets.  Just focus on exercising more.  Look around the internet and find a solid exercise plan with weightlifting and aerobic exercise.

 

you dont need help, you need willpower

the only way people get fatter is by exercising too little and eating too much - therefore, the way to lose fat is to exercise more and eat less. go figure!

mayb fat camp is the way forward

 

Loseing weight can be very hard and frusting, but any thing worth having you have to work hard for. It helps to have support. Im going through weight problems also. Keep you head up we can do this

What I reccomend is a food journal.  Calorie king has a good one that only cost about 3 bucks and thier website (calorieking.com) is great to find out the caloric value of foods.  Just keep it for a week and eat as normal then review and see what you can cut out.  It really is eye-opening and it gives you a since of accountability

Just do some research on how to eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly, and you will lose weight.

In my eyes, one of the keys to success is education, so educate yourself as much as you can.
