The average weight loss for people who actually keep weight off is 2 pounds a week. So I think your goal of 20 pounds in two weeks is a little unreasonable. If you aren't already working out a couple of times a week, I'd suggest beginning to do so. Try to work out 3-4 times a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes.
