Help duplicating our favorite dish

Hi, I enjoy your tips on cooking. I am a husband who does a lot of cooking at home and according to the wife kids and the scale, it comes out pretty good. But me and my wife have a favorite dish that I can not duplicate. We go to a Spanish/mexican restaurant for our date night and we always order the same dish as it has become our favorite. It is called: Titico Mero. Or we order its counterpart Grouper alarusa, this dish is minus the shrimp. But the titco mero is what i want to duplicate so badly. Can you do some research and maybe send me a recipe or any help would be great. the restaurant we go to by the way is called Latinos Emas and is located in Ocala, florida. Thanks for any help, Best Regards, Dave Parker

If I were you, I would go to the restaurant again, and tell them that you would really love to know their secret, how they make the dish.  I think that they would be willing to tell you.  You could even just ask the ingredients and figure out the rest on your own.
